The plate shears of the type KPS T from STOMA have been specially designed for installation on a worktable. The cutting process is carried out manually using an ergonomically designed hand lever, which enables a precise, controlled cut with little effort - ideal for thinner sheet materials.
The cutter bar is guided in high-quality, backlash-free cast iron flat guides, which ensure particularly smooth running and a long service life. All bearing points are maintenance-free, which reduces maintenance work to a minimum.
Both the material support and the knife holders for the upper and lower knives are precision-machined and guarantee the highest cutting quality. A special height compensation in the bearing of the lower blade enables easy regrinding of the blade set.
The KPS-T is equipped with a side stop with millimetre graduation as standard for repeatable cuts.
The machine can be bolted directly to the table top for a secure stand if required. Corresponding holes are already integrated in the side machine feet.
