STOMA KPS SE-D

The STOMA plate shears of the type KPS SE-D feature a robust, welded construction with a high-quality 2-component paint finish and attractive stainless steel cladding that combines corrosion protection with a modern design.

Equipped with special high-alloy blades, the machine offers precise cuts thanks to a fixed lower blade and an upper blade that is driven by an electric worm gear motor with an eccentric shaft. The precise back gauge is positioned by a stepper motor with 0.1 mm accuracy and linear guides on both sides. In addition, an adjustable lateral front stop with vernier scale is integrated.

The PLC control enables the programming of fixed cutting lengths. LED lighting in combination with a Plexiglas screen ensures good visibility and precise work along the cutting line. The cutting capacity ranges from 20 to 1000 mm in a precise step sequence.

Safety is ensured by an integrated light barrier in the rear cutting area, which stops the cutting process immediately in the event of interference.
